FAIR BOOKS

PRE-ENTRIES
Some 4-H project exhibits must be pre-entered through the FairEntry online process. Go to: https//edwardscountyksfair.fairentry.com Please submit all pre-entries no later than July 1.

OVERNIGHT STAY
In case of inclement weather or an emergency, all 4-H members wishing to stay the night at the fair MUST submit an Overnight Permission Form to the Edwards County Fair Board. These forms must be on file in the fair office by Wednesday of the Fair.

It is the 4-H member's responsibility to invite individuals and businesses to our 4-H Premium Auction. We are providing the following invitation to help you. Don't wait till the last minute, as many buyers like several weeks advance notice.
